Authenticity, charm of the housing environment traditional mountain dweller, comfort and modernism conjugate in this friendly chalet of 70m ² near the national park of Mercantour. Cosy inside containing numerous equipments: walked insert in wood, bathtub spa. Fully-equipped kitchen, raclette, fondue, Nespresso, dishwasher, freezer... Bedding king size, flat screen 55 inches, free and unlimited broadband WI-FI, telephone, swings and slide for the children, etc.... Wooded, very peaceful environment with one very panoramic beautiful view on mountains and valley. Access to a small stream a few minutes away from walking. Possible departure of hikes since the house. House perfectly adapted to most of the people, most and the least young, the couples, the families with children, the walkers, the paragliders, the sportsmen, the fishermen and the hunters, but also in all those who look for the tranquillity, the relaxation and the rest.
For us, the listening and the respect are fundamental values. We are of "bon vivants", dynamic, curious and cheerful nature, the conviviality)is thus natural with us. Nevertheless, we are also very discreet people and know how to adapt ourselves to choices and to liberties of each. Our first objective is well being of our hosts. Nicolas's and Marie-Jo's housing is situated in Colmars les Alpes, in the valley of Haut-Verdon Val of Allos in region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France. The house is slightly situated away from a hamlet and in approximately two kilometers of a charming village strengthened by Vauban. The village and the station summer / winter of the Val d' Allos but also the main businesses and the services as well as the doctors and the pharmacies are in 5mn by car. The parking lot of the lake of Allos, the bigger natural lake of height of Europe at the heart of the national park of Mercantour is in approximately 20mn by car. This location thus offers the advantages of the isolation and the tranquillity, close to exceptional natural sites while being in immediate reach of the essential conveniences.
