Quiet and sleepy, perfect southern France village to go for...
Quiet and sleepy, perfect southern France village to go for a walk, and nicely located to explore the surrounding area from. Has a variation of restaurants at different price points and features some nice hotels. Mazan doesn't have that much to offer as such, but that's a good thing. Other villages in the area have been overwhelmed by tourism, making this the perfect hide-away spot.
The pool area was a High score experience: Big pool, Well equiped and a Long view to Mount Ventoux.
Garden and outdoor area was all right.
The House was quite charming with a mix of everything, but the kitchen needs a updating and must have more equipment. The Beds were pretty hard.
The hosts were friendly and discreet, but only french speaking.
The House is situated 2 km from Mazan and the region has a lot of opportunities for outdoor activities and many charming villages and of course Wine all over.
Eric and Agnes have welcomed us very warmly and with great passion for their region in their very charming mansion. We loved the comfort and tasteful decoration of the rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast and dinner, not to forget the lush garden with lots of shade and a very refreshing pool. We had a great family time at le Jardin de Mazan and would love to go back anytime soon. Eric and Agnes truly make an exceptional difference through their very personal touch!
My family and I were concluding our road trip in France and decided to stay at Masmazan, for our final stop. We were not disappointed. Great host, Paul, whom we warmly recommend. The view was phenomenal and you don’t want to miss the sunset. My children loved the pool, and the whole family enjoyed an evening swim before departing the next morning. Thank you Paul for a well thought out logistic with the outdoor kitchen, playground for the kids and guidance to activities.
A beautiful house seated just in the heart of Provence. The view of our room is just spectacular. Françoise and Damian are very helpful. They recommend restaurants with great food quality. And we just love the puppy Mao so much as he is really cute and welcoming^^ The continental breakfast is nice. We love the jam and coffee and Françoise made us eggs. Don’t miss the sunrise in this area, it’s sooooo beautiful. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.
Cute BnB. My family liked it as a break from hotels.
As long as you are not expecting a modern up to date facility it is fine. One room bathroom was big and spacious the other 2 had a small shower and shared toilet between the two which was fine with my older kids. The breakfast was more than sufficient for us as the made eggs and had plenty of other items. Most importantly the air condition worked great.
We loved everything! What an amazing stay. The hotel, staff and food far exceeded our expectations. We live and travel in Europe and this is one of the best stays we have ever encountered! From our arrival Lea and Charlotte were incredibly helpful, to Marco and Liza making our dinners amazing. Just such a great stay and great team! Thank you!
Hotel Le Siècle was made exceptional by its wonderful owners; lovely people who conversed with us genially, and made our stay a delight. A 16th century building, with simple but lovely rooms, a lovely front courtyard where people sit and mingle, and an ‘honesty fridge’ with drinks. So wonderful. Would highly recommend to those staying in Mazan
It is not often that I find somewhere that is a perfect 10, but the Jardin de Mazan is one them.
It is a truly delightful place, our room was beautiful, the garden is absolutely lovely, relaxing and a joy to sit in, the hosts friendly and helpful and the home made breakfast exceptional.
I can't wait to visit again.
Wonderful place, one the fewest places where reality surpasses pictures. Refurbished Villa with huge spaces, impressive decor and amazing surroundings. Isolated and quiet but only few minutes by driving from the center of the village (with shops and restaurants)
Very cozy, nice and perfectly equipped! Nice terrace! Just 20-30 minutes drive from most beautiful cities of Provence.
Tea, coffee, even hot chocolate possible. Water and soft drinks in fridge for you. The host very is very nice and welcoming.
Helpfull and friendly host. The house is ideally located for traveling around Provence. It has a garden with a pool and swings for children. The house is clean and well maintained and located in quiet part of villiage. We were very satisfied.
this was a delightful surprise, quintessentially French, the host made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant that was delicious! loved our short time here , beautiful area of France and sweet host
the architecture of the castle, the quietness around the swimming pool, the food at the restaurant, the great breakfast, the very warm and friendly staff
