The owners don’t speak English and you can’t pay with credit card, they accept only cash.

So much noise during accomodation of new hosts after 10 pm in the night. WiFi works very slowly.

Sufficient! Not at all.
They speak only little English. But they were very kind and helpful. The place is perfect. You can see Mont Saint Michel from the window! You need to come here by a car. They will tell you good restaurants. Breakfast is sufficient to start a day. I do recommend here!

Check-in time: from 5pm (it's written in the description anyway, but still I don't like it :-) ) Breakfast: even if the price is a good one for the stay, breakfast is very important, and here I was very disappointed. Bread and the croissant were like "dry". Coffee was very clear. Butter, youghurt, apple puree I think, home made confitures, and cheese but no ham nor salami nor anything else. I think it could be really much better and improve the guest experience.
Cozy place, nice and big room, good parking, clean. There's coffee and tea available for guests in the breakfast room. The woman that received me was very nice and explained everything about the house.

Somewhat spartan, the table area did not have an accessible power point and there’s no heating/temp control within the room. I found work out how our room was (or was not) heated. Fortunately we were comfortable and the bedding was sufficient for the 0-4 deg C outside temperature.
Location and the fact that the room had a view of Mont Saint Michel.

The only thing we felt that the rooms lacked was a kettle. The restaurant down the road that was referred to us (Auberge de la Baie) was not great as one person in our group got food poisoning and the steak that we had was very tough and the omelette too raw with too much egg running out of it.
The manager was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were basic but clean. The position is great with a lovely view of Mount-Saint-Michel. We found it easily and it was easy to get to places of interest from there. We would recommend it to friends as a good place to base yourself if visiting Mount-Saint-Michel and you do not need anything fancy.
