The Cassis - Au bord de l'eau apartment is a quiet accommodation with a large 30m² terrace directly on the seafront, 40 meters from Bestouan beach. Beautiful sea views, cosy, charming and very well equipped. Reversible air conditioning and free WIFI. Bestouan parking lot (public pay parking) 20m away, Please note that pets will be accepted if and only if they are clean and do not bark, a supplement of 10 Euros per night will be charged (50 Euros per week) to be paid on site. Please note: there are a few steps up to the studio. Please note that check-in and check-out will be carried out by a representative of Le Petit Groom Cassis concierge service. For any arrival after 9pm, a supplement will be charged: 21H-23H : 40Euros 11pm-1am: 60 Euros

Magnificent 30m² studio with terrace, real bedroom area, refurbished in a chic, cosy and elegant Mediterranean style. It's located at the end of a seafront cul-de-sac overlooking Bestouan beach. You can get there on foot in less than a minute. The studio features a beautiful living room in warm tones, with the following elements: open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, two bar stools for eating at the counter. There's no shortage of equipment (kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). The bedroom features a seaside-style double bed (160×200) and high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a large Italian-style shower and a pretty washbasin, as well as plenty of storage space (a hairdryer is also provided). The toilet is separate for your convenience. Plus points : Free parking in front of the condominium ONLY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Otherwise, you can park in the PAID Bestouan parking lot right next to the studio (30-second walk).
