Joli loft de caractère de 100 m² très calme donnant sur cour intérieure joliment fleurie situé dans Paris près des Buttes Chaumont & de la Villette, du canal de l’Ourcq et des centres culturels, la Villette et du 104. Proche des commerces & restaurants, du métro & des bus. Ancien atelier rénové donnant sur 2 cours pavées fleuries, très lumineux (12 m de baie vitrée). Charme atypique d'un duplex avec mezzanine : parquets, escalier fer forgé, salle de bain en ardoise. Tout le loft donne sur la cour intérieure. Décoration alliant le design (cuisine ouverte sur open space avec ilot central), les objets rétros (vieux flipper KISS qui fonctionne), machines à écrire, ventilateurs) et ramenés de voyages (masques, statues) Notre loft de 100 m² est bien agencé
