Everything! Susannah and Remy were lovely host. The food prepared for our dinner meal by Remy was delicious every night we were there. Susannah was so helpful in helping us plan our outings.

We splurged on a larger room with a balcony, and it was very pleasant, with a view of the hotel gardens and the castle. The balcony was private and secluded enough that I even felt comfortable doing yoga out on the balcony one evening. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of light. the breakfast included some fresh fruit and protein in addition to the standard bread and croissant offerings. We loved the area around Najac - lots of nice walks in addition to visiting the castle.

Location is great, right at the opening at the top of the city, excellent access. Free parking right at the hotel. Quiet, nice view from the room over the trees. Easy check in and check out. Good value for location. Good water pressure and hot water, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a visit to Najac, just at the entrance to the village before the square so you don't have to navigate narrow medieval streets. The room was more spacious than expected with a roomy bathroom and good shower, the elevator was very welcome after 3 weeks of narrow staircases and the breakfast was well worth the price. Immediately outside you have the charming square and you are a very short walk from the iconic view of the fortress. In the square we recommend Bar de la Plage for a surprisingly good selection of Belgian beers and the Restaurant Salamandre had fantastic service and really great food.

Had a fantastic stay at L'Oustal del Barry - plenty of parking just outside the hotel, a room with a unique view of the castle (no 22), and the whole made even more wonderful by a very warm welcome. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, so good in fact that we ate there on both of the nights we stayed at the hotel. Chef Rémy has his own vegetable garden which is very impressive and I'm sure it'll be delightful to enjoy a picnic in the gardens come the summer. The breakfast was excellent - copious, varied and we loved the fact that the hotel makes great use of the excellent local produce. A huge THANK YOU to Susannah and her team for making our stay so special!!
