All the staff were amazing! We had our dogs with us and the staff were very helpful and friendly with them too. Location is in a great spot, walking distance to the palace and the train station.

Staff was very helpful-giving us information about Versailles, taking our luggage to our room. Also volunteering to organize a cab to CDG airport on the day of our departure as we had not heard from our pre-scheduled cab through Booking. Very spacious floor areas in our suite- bonus was an extra shower and washbasin room that we used. Location was in a great quiet area- but very close to restaurants on Rue Satory and also very walkable to the Chateau of Versailles which was our main reason to visit. There were lots of local eateries, and shops around with plenty of walkable roads.
