Newly renovated and refurbished studio in Cannes city centre, well located, with all needed amenities around and less than 10 min to Cannes famous places (La Croisette, Palais des festivals and the beaches). We rent two separate studio for 4 people each in the same building. One located in the 1st floor and another in the 3rd floor. The studio consists in: Fully equipped kitchen (hoven, fridge, coffee machine…) Double bed mezzanine Sofa – that can be used as double bed TV/ Wireless Towels, bed linen…. Everything brand new
We are Daniel and Alex, lucky parents of two boys full of energy. We will do our best to make your stay the best as possible. We leave 10 min away from the appartments and easily reachable if any issue!
There are all needed amenities in the neibourhood: - Supermarket just in front of the flat - Backery to have French pastries and fresh bread just down the building - Laundry 1 block away - Shopping center with all main shopping brand located 5 min walk (Rue Antibes) - Several public car park, but the good thing with this flat is that you have everything you need without having to use your car. Basically, you can easily step out of the apartment and walk a few feet away to buy newspaper, get coffee, bring home freshly baked croissant and have a quick lunch or dinner. Situated in the middle of all the main attractions and dining places, from restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, casinos and hair salons, it allows the guest to enjoy their vacation without necessarily needing to rent a car.
