Alla consegna delle chiavi ci è stato spiegato tutto in modo semplice e chiaro e la casa era davvero pulita!!! Situato all interno di una corte, questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato è disposto su due piani con due belle camere e il bagno a quello superiore e sala e cucina dotata di qualsiasi cosa al piano inferiore! Non manca praticamente niente, lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti dal proprietario! Posizione centrale con vicino supermercati e parcheggi, ottima sia per uscire la sera che per raggiungere la spiaggia. È stato tutto sopra alle mie aspettative!!!

Appartement magnifiquement meublé et totalement climatisé dans le néo-quartier de la place du pin (le petit Marais Niçois). Emplacement idéal entre bars et restaurants, sans avoir de nuisances sonores car en retrait de la rue principale dans une cour intérieure très agréable. 2 chambres avec une salle de bains à l'étage avec accès par escalier. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est disponible pour votre plus grand confort dans ce lieu magique. A bientôt.
