On the ground floor you have a large and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine), a living room that can be closed by a removable partition with a large sofa that converts into a double bed, a play area for the little ones and toilets are also available on the ground floor. All of this overlooks the sunny terrace and garden with the added bonus of 4 chickens and their fresh eggs every morning! On the first floor 3 bedrooms, quality bedding: - an intimate master suite with double bed, shower room and private terrace. - a second bedroom with a single bed. It unfolds to give two comfortable and independent beds (mattresses, independent bases) while being stuck for two people with new bed linen. - a room with a big bed one person 110(width)/190 cm. - a bathroom, shower and a toilet. A garage (think of making the request by message it will be asked to you a small supplement), a privative parking space in front of the house and many free places in front of the house (very calm street and dead end).

Close to all amenities, 300 m from a bakery, 800 m from a supermarket/pharmacy/banks and 900 m from the old town of Le Mans (St Julien cathedral, old wall) and the large Jacobins market (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday).
