“Lovely in every way! Excellent breakfast, superclean, spacious rooms with private terrace, wonderful pool with comfy sunbeds. Quiet and peaceful. The place is a bit old school in a good way! As a solo bike traveler the communal kitchen with fridge was a real plus as there are no restaurants really closeby to go by bike. The grocery store was an easy 6km bike ride.”

“Wonderful surroundings, greeted by wonderful hosts. Breakfast of home made bread and confitures were excellent. The room had everything we wanted and our own private terrace and a complimentary glass of local rose was the ticket after a long drive in a hot car. Thank you.”

“Sound of silence The entry of our room Canelle was between two big oleanders, and then we stepped into a nice big room furnished with brocante: the French atmosphere! We liked very much the big bathroom with the walk in shower. You have your own private terrace. The kitchen the guests can use is convienient for those who want to make a cup of soup or a meal. The breakfast is inviting,, with homemade bio Bread and enough choises: jam cake cereals cheese ham and every day a little surprise of the host Gilles like pain perdu or riz au lait! The heated pool is a good place to be in the afternoon. It is a blessing for travellers that Gilles and Patricia let us enjoy their beautiful estate for a reasonable price. We make a few cycling tours along the Loire. If you want to relax, this the place to be, besides the singing birds you hear the sound of silence!”
