This is not a hotel but two bedrooms to rent in the owner's house. The owner lives in this house and you will share some rooms of the house with him (bathroom, toilet, kitchen and sitting-room). The larger bedroom has a double bed and a smaller bed can be added for a third person to sleep. The smaller bedroom has a double bed only. Both bedrooms have their own TV. I advise you to read the detailed description of what is included before renting a bedroom. If you don't find the information you are looking for, always ask a question before rental. The owner cannot be held responsible for a lack of information as he does his best to inform you before renting a bedroom.
Whether you are on holiday or on a professional mission or a student, you are all welcome in my house. My house is in a quiet place in the countryside and you can be sure that you will be able to sleep like a log especially if you need a break from the hustle and stress of your city. The main town with all services is only 8 miles away. From the touristic point of view this area has plenty of castles ans mansions to visit and if you are interested in history you will find lots of museums and places to see about WW2 and the landing of the Allied Forces in 1944. The owner has many leaflets that you can use to organise your visits in the area.
The village has about 800 inhabitants and is only 12 kms from Bayeux, a beautiful little town with the famous Tapestry about William the Conqueror ans also a magnificent cathedral. If you drive 35 kms to the west you will reach Caen, the main town of the department. If you like bathing in the sea, the closest beaches are only between 22 and 25 kms away from the house.
