ItalyThe room was clean and the location is just next to the subway, so it is really easy to go somewhere. It is also not so far if you prefer to walk.
GermanyThe hotel was spotless and it smelled clean everywhere, inside and outside the rooms. Very nice and convenient location as well. Staff were very hospitable and kind, they were welcoming when I had to do some work on my laptop in the reception area before and after check-out and they kept my luggage all day until it was time for my train. Although check-in time was at 15:00, my room was ready earlier than expected and they let me check in at 13:00 rather than keep me waiting till 15:00 for no reason.
