The staff at the reception were very helpful. For the premium room, all beverages in the mini bar were free. There is free drinking water dispenser, and they also offered coffee tea n hot chocolate at the reception. The breakfast is also good value if you are a family with kids as kids under 12 go free. The dining area is very cozy n quaint.

We stayed in privilege room, which has a king and a sofa bed. Both beds are comfortable, the room is a nice size. Breakfast was basic but everything was nice and fresh. Location is very close to Gare du Nord so its best if you are taking Eurostar or Thalys for your travels.
