10 out of 10 points for this hotel! I travel a lot and I have the highest level-3 membership on Booking.com. This hotel has great location - 5 minutes by walk from the train station and car rental branches, 1 minute by walk from the city tram station, McDonalds, KFC and about 10-15 minutes by walk from the beautiful Old city of Nice and city beach. It is located on the main touristic street of the city, surrounded with many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and malls, like Lafayette. The stuff of the hotel was so great, kind and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen is open 24 hours and has free access to tea, coffee or water. Breakfast was supper delicious, especially croissants, coffee and assortment of tea. Also, if you plan to see Monaco or Cannes, use train, it is so convenient, it goes to city centers, you don't need to rent a car.
UzbekistanNo complaints at all. I traveled with family for Carnaval and they had rooms in the same Hotel. I couldn't fault this stay. The location was very central and right by the tram and close to the railway station but not noisy in the room. A small lift available to upper floors. The room was safe and secure, delightfully clean and tidy- compact, nicely decorated with a very comfy bed. Nice shower that worked well and beautiful white clean laundered linen. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly and water and coffee tea available downstairs in the dining area. Breakfast was very tasty, nicely cooked and as much as was needed for a hungry person. I would love to return and stay again one day!

SerbiaIt was a very comfortable room with a balcony that was a bit too cold outside to use. It was exactly what I wanted in a stay that was within a short walk to the train station for my day trip into Monaco. Lots of food options, stores, & laundromat within short walk. The biggest perk for me was the free water bottles throughout my stay! The front desk girl working night shift was friendly & welcoming.

MoroccoThe hotel located in city center, very close to the Nice Ville Station and Public Transport. You can just walking to explore to the center nearby there are a lot of shopping store. If you take the tram in front of the hotel it will pass to the old town nice or to promenade des inglais. The room look the same like on the website, I got my room with balcony view.
PortugalThe staff was very friendly wich gave it a very home like feeling. Super cozy bed & the rooms were so beautiful. Loved it!!
