This beautiful appartement, new and furnished, of 67m2, is located on the 6th floor of a new building in the center of the new « Quartier Fischer » of Schiltigheim, site of the transformed former Fischer brewery. It is composed of a spacious main room with a furnished kitchen, dishes provided, open to the living room. A big angle couch fills the space and gives access to the south-looking balcony with a bay window. A high-speed fiber connection with wifi is available. The TV is connected, you can log on your Netflix account (don’t forget to log out when you leave). The bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed (140x190) and household linen. The bathroom has a bath, towel dryer, double vanity and a big mirror. Towels are provided. Please only use the towels that are prepared. The laundry room is equipped of a washing machine, drying rack, and cleaning necessities. Please respect their use, without over-consuming. The separated rest room is furnished with a washbasin and needed necessities. The access to the building is done with a code that will be given to you at your arrival. Please close the door carefully after each exit, and at departure / check-out. There is a Lidl close to the apartment, where you can do your groceries, and also restaurants. Free parking places are available in the street "rue du Général de Gaulle" and also in the neighborhood. The bus line number 6 bus top "embranchement" is 200 meters away. It takes you to the city center in 10 minutes.
