Large 33m² studio facing the sea, located in a quiet and secure residence, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) allowing a view of the sea and the marina. Apartment completely renovated in June 2023, equipped with a real 140 x 190 bed, a dressing room, a kitchen open to the living room, an independent bathroom with a corner shower and toilet. Ideal for a business stay or as a couple.
I am passionate about Le Havre, this city which is constantly innovating, while retaining its own history for over 500 years. I will provide you with a guide to give you some recommendations on restaurants, places to visit or essential elements necessary for a good stay. I remain reachable for the duration of your stay! Do not hesitate to contact me for any questions or information relating to your stay.
This apartment is located in an ideal location to discover Le Havre and easily reach the essentials for a pleasant stay. You will have access on foot in a few minutes, to restaurants, cafes, the Malraux Museum, the Nelson Mandela esplanade with its container catena, the marina, the beach and the Saint Joseph church, building emblematic of Le Havre, a city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tramway crossing Le Havre is 120m from the residence, convenient for arrivals by train.
