Location was good. We stayed there the night before our flight. There is a free tram (had to be told it was free. We paid for one trip not knowing) but you have to walk about a half block outside. We had no problem. The staff could not have been any nicer or professional - From front desk to those working in the lounge area. Super quiet hotel room. Good selection at breakfast. Huge area to have drinks, coffee, and breakfast, work, or meet with your group with lots of windows. My only complaint is that the shower area is in full view of others in the room. Don’t understand not having a wall between the bad and the shower.

We booked a night because our flight was early in the morning. The hotel is located very close to the airport, about 5-10mn walk to Terminal 1. We were flying out or terminal 2, but it was another 10mn walk. there is a tram and bus that runs between the 2 terminals. The hotel was a lot better than expected. there is a club area where you can have snack and coffee, cold drinks, all free. a nice sitting area.

Conveniently located, just a few tram stops away from the airport and next to the train station St Augustin. Brand new and well designed. Simply, nicely and conveniently furnished. Very nice and helpful staff. Ideal for a short business trip.

We were only here for literally seven hours after our flight was canceled at 8pm and we had to rebook, grab dinner, and catch a 6am flight the next day. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor of the building and the rooms on the lower floors, if I remember right! The room was tiny (even by European standards) but spotlessly clean with a large shower with great water pressure and a separate toilet room and the furnishings were new and modern. It's a great hotel if you're only there overnight or if you don't plan to spend much time in the room.
