“The hosts are great and ultra responsive! We had a couple issues that were dealt with immediately! The boulange/cafe across the street had amazing take out food we took to our place and had a wonderful dinner at home after a long and hot day of sight-seeing. There was another pizza place around the corner that also had great looking rotisserie chickens!!! There is only one AC unit in the main living area and it didn't get the bedroom cool...so a fan there would be helpful. Next time I travel in the summer, I will need to ask better questions about the number of AC units in the place because whoever slept in the living room space was frozen while we in the bedroom were still warm. “The host was available on whatsapp, so we communicated half an hour before arrival. Check-in was quick and the host handed over the room keys in person and provided brief info about the apartment. The building had a lift, so good for carrying luggage. We stayed for 2 nights. It's located within walking distance to Gare de Nice Ville railway station and the beach. We had enough space in bedroom, living room and bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with enough cookeries.
