We are Maeva, François, Sam and Tom. We left Paris to fulfill my lifelong dream: to open a bed and breakfast! When we visited the house in the summer of 2022, we thought we would be very comfortable in this small village in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. You will be welcomed into our home like friends, with warmth, friendliness and simplicity. Do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to make your life more beautiful during your stay. See you soon!

Ideal location less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful sites! It is in the heart of the Bay, in Vivier-sur-Mer, that Parenthèse is nestled. Due to its central location, you can discover the treasures of this region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From Saint-Malo to Mont Saint-Michel, you can pedal on the Vélomaritime, walk along the GR34 (both located 300 meters from the house), discover the cuisine of talented chefs (and discover the port of Vivier-sur-Mer renowned for its breeding of PDO mussels). Or visit exceptional sites! A multitude of activities are available to you, and we will be delighted to advise you so that you can discover the riches of our beautiful region. Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30 in the common room on a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is made up of sweet products only such as local yoghurts from the farm, cereals/mueslis, bread, butter, homemade jams, spreads, homemade cakes or waffles, fresh fruit salad or whole fresh fruit, croissants or brioche 1 day in a week... You will have the choice for your drink: coffee, tea, milk or chocolate. There will also be local apple juice available on the table. There is a kitchenette area in the common room that allows you to dine at home if you don't want to go out in the evening. Possible until 9 p.m. maximum so as not to disturb the other customers who stay in the house. I provide you with a combination microwave, crockery and a mini-fridge. It is strictly forbidden to eat in the rooms! You also have at your disposal a kettle to make herbal teas that I provide and a coffee machine with coffee balls without plastic or aluminum so good for your health and the planet! A free public parking is situated 60 metres from Parenthèse. Our small private courtyard is mostly used for unloading your luggage, not to park inside. Our two cars are already parked in here. Neighborhood info

Le Vivier-Sur-Mer is a small town in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel with 1070 inhabitants. Here you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a bar, a post office open in the morning only, restaurants open seasonally from March to October (some are open until December). You can't swim here, you have to go to Cancale or Saint-Coulomb or Saint-Malo or Dinard to find beaches. The sea is not always visible, it can be removed up to 13km from the shore!
