“The location was very good however we did have problems on arrival as it was difficult to understand that you needed to park outside the location and then get to reception through a gate once in however the reception staff were very good We did also book a ground floor room with a pool view due to a disability. The room was excellent and the views very good. We thought we had direct access to the pool area however we didn't and with a person in a wheel chair access to the pool area was difficult as we had to negotiate a lot of doors” Read more

“This was our first visit to Deauville. We had our family with us including our 19 month old grandson. The hotel was perfect and the self catering style apartment ideal. The facilities at the hotel were excellent. The only thing we would have preferred was to have a washing machine in the room rather than having to go down to the laundry room each time.
