A 5 mns à pieds de la mer et de tous commerces de proximité. Il est aussi situé le long du célèbre hippodrome de Cagnes sur Mer où courses et animations pourront rythmer vos soirées. Sa situation géographique vous permettra de rayonner très facilement dans toute la région: de Cannes à Monaco, en passant par Nice, Saint-Paul de Vence et autres... Rares sont les appartements qui ont une telle vue... Et l'intérieur est très plaisant par son design contemporain et ses équipements. Sa terrasse où vous pourrez prendre vos repas et sa vue depuis le salon vous feront profiter au maximum de sa situation. L'endroit est idéal pour passer des vacances avec ses enfants.
Le quartier est particulièrement prisé dans la ville de Cagnes sur Mer étant donné sa proximité à la fois avec la mer et avec l'hippodrome. Le logement est à 5 mns à pieds de la gare et 10 mns en voiture de l'aéroport. De plus, un parking privé est mis à la disposition de la clientèle.
