On a large enclosed plot in an ideal Cap Ferret location, within walking distance to the bay, the ocean and the “Pointe” of Cap Ferret, you will find this friendly renovated house with its pleasant terrace. The house has a nice living area with sofa corner, Wi-Fi and dining area. A cozy fully equipped newly renovated kitchen. A spacious parent's bedroom with double bed 1.60m, another bedroom with double bed 1.60m, a bedroom with double bed 1.40m and a bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds). 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs and an outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the property.
