When we arrived at the hotel at 1200l, the lady at reception was extremely efficient and happily accepted to store our bags until 1500 when the room was available. This allowed us to go out and explore the city. The location of the hotel was actually superb and could not possibly have been better, since it was right in the very center, next to the Popes Palace and all the Restaurants ...EXCELLENTt!!!! Again, the location of the hotel is SUPERB....Would definitely stay again just for that!!!

Great location! 2 mins walk to the Palais des Popes. They have the public parking attached with the hotel making everything easy. The staff are all very nice and helpful.

This was just an overnight stay for us as we were passing through however, the hotel was really great and the staff were fantastic, especially the young lady on reception when we arrived. Location was perfect for walking. Breakfast was huge and so much choice. Great room very comfy bed and slept well.
