Located on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure residence, modern studio consisting of a kitchen open to the bright living room opening onto a pleasant balcony with a view of the residence's garden. It is composed of a living room equipped with a sofa convertible into a bed with a 140 x 190 cm Dunlopillo mattress, a table with 4 chairs, a TV and plenty of storage space; a closed cabin area with 2 adult bunk beds (90 x 190 cm); a terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs; a fitted and equipped open kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, Italian coffee maker) and a bathroom (shower, basin and WC) Services included: Fiber optic Internet with Wifi, a garage within the secure residence to park your car (2.48m wide x 5m long x 1.86m high), a tennis court (free) and a laundry (fee payable) in the residence. For everyone's comfort, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Entrances and exits are on Saturdays. Please contact me before for any other entry day.
I renovated this apartment to make you feel at home. I work in the humanitarian sector and the rent allows me to supplement my income. Unfortunately, I am not on site, but I have carefully chosen the professional who will welcome you when you enter and exit in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please call me when you have made your reservation, so that we can get to know each other and I can send you a rental contract. I request a 30% deposit at the time of signing. The remainder due must be paid just before entering the premises. Do not hesitate to give me your feedback so that this place remains as pleasant as possible.
This comfortable apartment is within 300m of the beach, the market, shops, restaurants, the casino and Pornichet train station for you to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea. Come and enjoy a sporting or relaxing holiday in Pornichet, a seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour, and enjoy the famous Bay of La Baule. There you will find Casino, Thalasso, golf, tennis, beach clubs, sailing schools, racecourse, and cycle paths along the coast and within the Guérande salt marshes.
