For all bookings made with prepayment conditions, guest will have to provide the credit card used to make the booking and a valid ID upon check in. Please note that if the guest knows in advance that providing the same credit card as during the booking process will not be possible, he will have to contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details provided on the confirmation.

A pre-authorisation corresponding to the total amount of the stay will be made at the time of booking.
