I liked everything about the place.perfect location-veryyyyy helpful owner & his friends too-veryyyy confort &clean Appartment-a very wide variety of restaurants are near to the Appartment from all directions...if one day I return back to nice I’ll definetly stay at Bendetto’s Home »Rudy »
EgyptPerfect little apartment situated in a fantastic location for exploring nice. Only a few minutes to beach and place Masséna, whilst still being only 15 mins from train station. Host Francesco (owner wasn’t in nice at time) was lovely and did all he could to help us. Will be staying again if we ever return to nice.

SwitzerlandAppartment was exactly as described. In a very nice area, pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, Tram line around the corner, promenade des Anglais and beach only 4 minutes walk. Kitchen had all ustensils (no colander to drain pasta, MUST be added). Good size fridge too Shower is very powerfull too,washing machine available also . Enough space in wardrobe in bedroom with double bed and 4 pillows TV working fine, french channels only. The host Fransesco was nice, no bother with him at all, i rang him from the airport and he met me just outside the flats entrance 20 minutes later.

Se encuentra justo en las calles más transitadas de la ciudad y a 3 min de la playas de Niza y el paseo marítimo. Las calles están llenas de restaurantes con todo tipo de gastronomías y a buen precio. A pesar del ruido de la gente y los restaurantes de la calle el apartamento está bien aislado del ruido y se escucha poco ruido de la calle. Por otra parte, en la cocina tienes los utensilios básicos para cocinar como sartenes, vasos, vajilla, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora y electrodomésticos básicos.

Расположение отличное, прямо в центре старого города, до пляжа идти 5 минут (рядом есть и платные, и бесплатные пляжи). Вечером под окнами шумно, но звукоизоляция довольно хорошая. В шкафу лежит два зонта от солнца (наверное, от предыдущих гостей).
