Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour des voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir Paris. Aux limites du 6ème, du 14 ème et du 15 ème arrondissements, de nombreux bus et métros vous emmènent rapidement vers tous les points de la capitale. Proche de plusieurs brasseries célèbres de Montparnasse pour les gourmets, de plusieurs théâtres de la Rue de la Gaité et de 6 cinémas mais aussi des galeries d'art de Saint Germain des Près. Il est aussi très proche de l'hôpital Necker et de l'Unesco. Décoré avec simplicité et gout il est très apprécié des voyageurs pour son espace, sa lumière et son calme.
Pour ma part, je partage mon temps entre Paris et la Normandie, je suis une (encore) jeune grand mère, discrète mais dynamique , réservée mais à l'écoute. PAR SECURITE SUITE AU COVID, JE LAISSE L'APPARTEMENT VIDE PENDANT 2 JOURS AVANT ET APRES CHAQUE VOYAGEUR.
Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est très proche, épiceries, boulangeries, pharmacie, Monoprix... Et même ce dont on ne veut pas avoir besoin: Le cimetière de Montparnasse qui offre aussi une promenade étonnante et romantique.
