L'appartement est entièrement rénové, spacieux, lumineux, bénéficiant d'une exposition plein sud, tout équipé , au rez de chaussée à 50 m de la plage avec. Terrasse privée et parking. Jardin avec vue sur la mer réservé aux occupants de la résidence. Salle de bain avec baignoire, écran douche, vasque, sèche serviettes électrique, lave linge, WC. Coin cuisine avec cuisinière électrique comprenant des plaques vitrocéramiques, réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur, micro onde. Coin séjour avec téléviseur neuf écran plat de 80 cms comprenant les 26 chaînes de la TNT, lecteur DVD, chaîne hifi, canapé, bibliothèque, placards de rangement, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière électrique, bouilloire, grille pains, service à raclette, barbecue électrique, robot ménager, aspirateur. Coin chambre avec 1 lit 2 personnes, armoire de rangement avec moitié penderie. Mezzanine de faible hauteur accessible par une échelle en bois comprenant 1 lit 1 personne, 1chauffeuse neuve, idéale pour le couchage de 2 enfants. Le linge de maison et le linge de toilette ne sont pas fournis. Couettes et oreillers sont fournis. La 1ere photo est le port de plaisance de Fécamp le soir PAS DE WIFI
Passionnée des chiens nordiques en particulier le husky
L'appartement se situe dans une petite résidence très calme entre la mer et la campagne ; idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. St Pierre en port est à 12 kms de Fécamp avec son port de plaisance, (vous voyez le port de plaisance de Fécamp sur la première photo prise le soir), sa plage, son abbaye datant de 1000 ans, L'été location de jets skis, etc... 27 kms d'Etretat avec ses célèbres falaises, 60 kms d'Honfleur, 25 kms de St Valéry en Caux. St Pierre en port est un village avec tous les commerces et de nombreuses animations pendant l'été. Les baignades sont surveillées en juillet et août. St Pierre en port est proche de Cany Barville avec son marché le lundi matin et sa base de loisirs où on peut se baigner, faire du pédalo, du canoë kayak, du ski nautique, jeux pour enfants, brasserie avec pistes de bowling. Le marché de St Pierre en port est le vendredi matin. À la mer possibilité de pratiquer la pêche à pieds. Pour les amateurs de randonnées l'appartement est à côté du GR21. A Fécamp du 01 au 05 juillet 2020 c'est le rendez vous pour les amateurs de voiliers d'exception. Des centaines de bateaux feront escale, la Belle Poule, le Marite, le Belem, l'étoile...
