Right next to the main train station. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bed was comfy enough. It was clean. Curtains kept all the light out. Clean towels and bed made each day. There was the possibility to leave luggage after checking out. About 15 minutes walk to the beach, not much more to all the other main places of interest. Hairdryer was a lot better than I was expecting.

Nice was a surprising city for us. After 19 years of doing city trips, we are now arriving at the smaller cities. But Nice is so nice. A very compact city, where you can do a lot on foot. There is a hop-on hop bus, but the tour is not spectacular. However, the tourist train is great fun and takes you to the mountain with such a beautiful view, highly recommended. I also recommend going to Monaco and Monte Carlo from Nice. We did this through Tripadvisor and it was so fun and beautiful.

Great holiday destination, the promenade is perfect for walking, especially with a baby in a stroller. So many great restaurants within a short distance of each other. The tram is very clean and accessible and so convenient to get to and from the airport. Overall, the pavements, promenade and general area were spotlessly clean. It felt like a very safe location.

Wonderful!
Wonderful! Impressive mix of Itaian and French style architecture, charm of the Vieux Nice, to not mention the sea... Don't miss the sunset from the Castle Hill and the mini cruises to Villefranche and Cap Ferrat.

Great for walking around and experiencing the town.
Great for walking around and experiencing the town. Never ate at the same restaurant twice and all meals were excellent. Just be a bit wary of some restaurants on lovely squares as they can have bumped up prices and food is just as good round the corner - and generally much better value. Easy to get around by tram, train and bus but dont forget to purchase a travel card as makes things much easier.
The location is the absolute win here, it’s so close to old town, the port and the tram station so really convenient. It felt really safe and secure. The staff were really kind every time we spoke to them, and let us leave our bags early / pick them up late for our flight home. We had a twin room which was spacious for the two of us and overall there were good facilities. It’s in a busy area but we rarely heard any noise. All round a really good stay and we will return when we’re back in the area. Nice, small, friendly local hotel.
Conveniently located (a 15 min walk to the sea, a busy mostly pedestrian street with many shops); very nice staff in the hotel; breakfast is probably not bad as for France as at least it has a few basic salty products besides typical French ones; very clean room properly cleaned daily (and bed sheets are replaced); free unlimited cold water on the ground floor; modern shower installation; possible to leave a luggage; possible to call an inexpensive taxi with the reception.
Love this place, best hotel on my 6 week trip in France. My room was in the turret, felt like a princess. The view and the light were soul lifting.
The location is perfect, especially with the new tram stop close by, either direct to the airport, or to the old port of Lympia which I'm just discovering. Staff and decorations....just cant say enough.
Have to give a shout to Cycle Nice with Mathieu for an incredible history tour of old Nice.
We wanted to be near Nice Port so this location was superb for us. The port is just 2 mins walk away, and the old town is about 5 mins walk in the other direction. The dining scene is excellent around Rue de Bonaparte and Place de Garibaldi.
This hotel gets the simple things right: Clean, modern, good wifi, comfy bed, spacious room. Breakfast in standard continental.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful - and speak good English.
Came here on our honeymoon and it was amazing! I don’t normally leave reviews, but Joel and his staff made our trip to France a great experience. They made you feel like you were staying with old friends rather than at a Hotel. Also, the room was very nice, and modern, which is not the case for most hotels in Nice. The bathroom was huge and had the best soaker tub I’ve ever been in. Highly recommend if you’re going to Nice!!
Hotel Bristol is a small hotell but on very good location in city center, near Train station in Nica ,Room was a little bit smaller then expected but was very clean. There was refrigerator in room, Beds were comfy and nice view from room.Every day cleaning and stuff changed towels and linen every two day. Personel were so kind and helpfull. A/C and wi fi worked perfect
The hotel is located very well: not far from the old town, 10 min away from the tram stop to/from the airport, 2 min to the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. The area is quiet. There is a grocery store nearby. The bed is very comfortable!
The hotel stuff were very nice!
Its a good option for a short stay!
In the first place, I would single out the staff. I have never experienced such kindness and well done to both the hotel and France. Everything was perfect in the hotel. Best possible location. Breakfast is perfect and very varied. In this price range, I don't think anything could have been better.
The location of the hotel to old town Nice and the many restaurants and attractions. Also, the breakfast buffet provided a wide assortment of food to help us get the day started. The air conditioning was excellent given the average temperature was in the mid 80s to mid 90s.
Everything! Maurixio was a delightfully joyoys welcoming to Nice, France checking me in with white glove excellence. Quiten the waiter was charming and cheery and during my week stay anticipated a d remembered my name and favorite Latte's. I will return! !!!
Staff is very welcome. Location is near the center and seaside. Wi-Fi connection wasn't bed. The room is not small for France. The only one weird thing that reception declined the payment via booking so we paid by card at check in. All the rest is great.
One word:perfect! The view on the mountain is so pretty. And you could always swim in the swimming pool, especially in the summer. And you could find any facilities you need. Thanks to the nice household. Good experience in Nice. Fall in love with France.
Everything about the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent. They were kind, helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We were in France for 2 weeks and this was our favorite hotel of all.
The position of the hotel was perfect for access to Old Town and shops. Room had a park view and was adequate in terms of comfort etc. Breakfast was good with nice selection of food. Staff I came across were lovely and helpful, except in the bar.
Good coffee, no eggs today though because apparently they don't eat eggs in France on May 1st! Who would've guessed? Close to airport, fifteen minute walk. Tram 2 takes you to the port, old town etc.
Nice reception lounge where you can hang out.
the staff were wonderful. late check out, use of showers after check out too. breakfast was excellent - the best on our trip across the south of France.
hotel is well positioned for the airport and train station, the beach and good restaurants
Location, location, location! Right on the beach with the most spectacular views of the ocean and the old town of Nice. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, room size, location and view. Ticks all boxes!
