The hotel was an excellent value. Large adjoining rooms that easily accommodated our family of 6. The facility was exceptionally clean, and though we did have a problem with the toilet in one room, the staff quickly handled the problem. The location is superb, very close to the train and subway.

The room was very spacious. Good buffet breakfast in the morning. Staff are very accommodating. Asked for a couple of wine glasses and corkscrew and they kept our bags whilst we waited for our train. A table football game in the lobby and a touch surface gaming table. Also a bar. Hotel is right next to Lille Europe Station. Room has a coffee machine and a microwave which is convenient.
