Fully bathed in light, quiet, the apartment is composed of a living / dining room, 2 comfortable sleeping areas (high quality bedding), and a spacious bathroom. - This is the ideal apartment for a discovery weekend as for a business week. Indeed, you will appreciate the new Fiber Optic Internet connection! - On the ground floor but on elevated you enjoy easy access but with the advantages of a floor (light, privacy). - The equipment is complete for your comfort: new beds and quality, optimized facilities, cozy bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, ... and of course washing machine, very high speed WiFi connection, LED TV, or safe for your precious belongings. - In the living room / stay you have a real sofa bed (mattress Bultex upscale) to accommodate 2 other travelers.
It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers. - Access to the apartment is easy - Upon your reservation you will have a guide written by us which will allow you to take possession of places and surroundings (transport, useful addresses, tips restaurants, activities, ...). - Be reassured , I am at your disposal, by phone or email. - I will give you the keys directly and if you arrive outside the hours it is not a problem. - I have set up an autonomous entrance: so you can arrive freely at the time of your choice. - I would explain all this to you as soon as you made your reservation :)
Ideally located in the city center, you will be close to the train station (without the usual nuisances) and a tram stop is waiting for you at 3 minutes walking watch in hand :) - Bakery, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, ... you will find everything you need. - To make things easier, I'll leave you a guide with my good addresses (not necessarily those of websites ...) for a unique local experience - /! \ Do not miss the new covered market, Halles Laissac, 5 min walk.
