Maisonette renovated and with new rental management for 2021. Charming maisonette with 3 bedrooms and 8 beds in the well-established Villas du Lac holiday residence, with a wide range of leisure facilities (swimming pool, restaurant and bar from mid-May to end of September) and activities (bicycle rental, tennis courts, ping-pong table, mini-golf, children's playground and pétanque area) in the unique environment of Soustons Plage, on the southwest Atlantic coast from France. Good value for money TV included. The "Villas du Lac" holiday village is located in a unique setting at the edge of the forest, 500 meters from the marine lake with restaurants, just over 1 km from the ocean. 1 living room with 1 sofa bed (pull-out bed), TV, lounge table + chairs -1 equipped kitchenette (fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster)

Soustons Plage and the Landes and Acquitaine region are ideal for families and those interested in sports and nature activities, in the free, wild and relaxing atmosphere of ocean, lakes, forests and rivers. The sports and leisure amenities of Soustons Plage stretch between the dunes and the forest around a marine lake of 60 hectares/150 acres, an ideal lagoon for water sports. The Atlantic is nearby for surfing and water sports and Hossegor, the surfing centre of France, is only 15 minutes away. It is also well located for golf, with a 9 hole course at Port d’Albret, an 18 hole course at Moliets (8 kms/5 miles away) and another 6 courses within easy travelling distance.
