JerseyAbsolutely everything about the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, Evening meal was excellent, although the menu could have had a greater choice. Equally, closing the restaurant on a Tuesday evening was disappointing. The views are magnificent, the staff were very accommodating, other than mentioned above nothing to grumble about.
