Location very good, take pets. Room is small with the bed down but very good facilities. Owner very helpful but because of my poor French I hadn’t realised sheets and towels were extras
United KingdomWe stayed in the 4 person villa on Rue de Logis. Small but well equipped villa, part of larger gated villa complex. There is a living area, kitchen, small bathroom with bath and shower over bath, separate bedroom downstairs and bedroom on mezzanine. Terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. Quiet gated development. Parking onsite. The host was brilliant, very helpful and flexible. We stayed in early March but in the summer there is a pool and tennis court on the complex. It is a short walk to the sea for walks but for a beach it is a long walk or drive.

Mon établissement se compose de 5 locations (meublés de tourisme) : studio, appartement, maisonnettes et petite villa toutes situées à moins de 300 m d'une plage. L'avantage est d'être indépendant mais de pouvoir me joindre par tél. à tout moment.
Je me dis "ambassadrice" de ma ville et de ma région. J'accueille personnellement nos clients et peux les aider à organiser leurs vacances. J'ai plusieurs passions : j'aime les gens, ma ville, les chiens et les chevaux (je pratique l'attelage avec Pottok pour mon plaisir et en compétition).
Situé sur la côte ouest de l'océan Atlantique, à 5 km de Royan. Saint-Palais-sur-Mer est une petite ville balnéaire très sympathique par sa convivialité et par l'excellent climat qui y règne. Ses 5 plages, son lac et sa forêt en font ses atouts.
