We rent out our Mediterranean villa in the cozy little village of Neffies in southwestern France surrounded by hills and vineyards. The villa is located on a hill with beautiful views of vineyards and the village of Neffies. The garden of 4000 sqm is in different levels consisting of olive trees, cypresses, palm trees. The villa 165 sqm consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room / kitchen in open plan with connection to a large terrace overlooking the Neffies and vineyards. The inside has been renovated for the past 1.5 years. 8 people can stay in the house 2 in each room, 3 rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds. AC is downstairs, fans in each bedroom. Sheets for bed and 2 towels per person. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice maker, free wifi. There are 4 parking spaces. Pool area There is a large lovely pool area with sun loungers, sofa set and a great view. Roujan Just under 5 minutes by car is Roujan, where you will find the nearest supermarket, bakers, butcher, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, etc. Pezenas a small town 10 min away by car, a vibrant and beautiful old town with narrow alleys, restaurants and bars. Every Saturday there is a big market that is really worth a visit. Beziers 20 minutes by car from the Neffies is the larger town of Beziers, where there is a market hall, cathedral, more shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches The beautiful beaches can be found 30 minutes away. Long sandy beaches with several beach restaurants / bars directly on the beach. Airports The closest are Beziers and Montpellier
