On top of a two-storey villa, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxed stay. Dining area under a beautiful palm tree in the garden is reserved just for you so that you can enjoy a lying breakfast, an afternoon barbecue or a quiet dinner with family or friends. Sea view from one of the bedrooms and the terrace. Salon and two rooms include climatisation for hot or cold days. A free private parking space on site can have 2 visitor cars at maximum. There is a free wifi. (Fiber optic) Residential / quiet area. Nearby: SNCF BIOT station, Marineland, Thalassotherapy. Many buses allowing easy access to the city center of Antibes as well as the cities of Cannes, Nice, Monaco or the villages of Biot or Valbonne. Ideally placed for a visit to the Côte d'Azur. This accommodation is very pleasant and well equipped. This accommodation is ideal for 6 personnes and if needed can accommodate a maximum of 8 people thanks to two convertible sofas in the salon. Living area of ​​62m2, fitted kitchen, sea view from a bedroom and a 6m2 terrace. Sleeps for 8 people maximum: 1 double bed 160x200 1 double bed 140x190 1 bed 90x190 1 convertible bed/sofa 160x190 1 convertible bed/sofa 90x190 in the same room with the other convertible sofa. Your pets are also welcome if you tell to your host before your arrival. (with an extra charge of 40 euros per animal per total length of stay.) Possibility of adding a cot for free.
