Villa Montady is ideal for a relaxing getaway. This 130 m² house from the 1970s, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, offers vintage charm and décor. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. You have Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning (in the living room and hallway), as well as a washing machine at your disposal. Its main highlight is a beautiful private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Public transport is within walking distance. Three parking spaces are available on site, with free street parking and five additional spaces in a garage. Up to two pets are allowed (please inform the owner). Smoking indoors is not permitted.
