Modernised luxury boutique Villa with over 195 m2 of living space & a large 10x5 metre family swimming pool, Villa Monti is set on an individual plateau on the side of a privately owned mountain with 270 degree panoramic views of the Alpes & the Côte d’Azur…it is the very essence of the Alpes-Maritimes! The property itself offers three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms (two of which can be converted into twin rooms upon request). A large open plan kitchen, dining & living room plus a second living room with a TV & games console with direct views out to the swimming pool & outdoor living room and bar area (with its own TV & fridge). Villa Monti is ideally located around 10 minutes from Menton town centre with its covered markets, restaurants, beaches & of course those famous Lemons which are celebrated annually at the world renowned Lemon Festival every February. Essential amenities such as our local Artisan Boulangerie, Intermarche hypermarket, Pharmacy and Newsagents/ Tabac are all within a 5 minute drive. There is ample parking on site for 5-6 cars as well as a bus stop nearby. We look forward to welcoming you at Villa Monti!

Villa Monti is set within an ancient Olive Grove on the side of a privately owned mountain in the Hamlet of Monti. The easiest way to get around is by car, with ample car parking available in Menton. There is also excellent local public transport, with buses providing local services and Menton (SNCF) Train Station with regular services to Monaco, Nice, Italy & beyond!
