Nelly and Julien were such friendly and accomodating hosts! The location was very close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We rented surfboards and walked right down to the beach. The rooms and common areas were very clean and there is a huge yard to relax in. For a small fee, Nelly was able to do some laundry for us which was a huge bonus for us. I would love to stay here again.

Quiet location with very personal reception by owner. Villa with several rooms, that are well equipped. Nice garden with deckchairs, chairs and tables where guests can eat breakfast and have snacks/dishes. No food is provided by owners. Kitchen is in the corner of the shared room, unfortunately relatively small, so be prepared that you need to be timely flexible when the accommodation is fully booked.

Great location 10 minutes walk from the beach, very friendly reception. The common area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped, we could prepare a meal, lots of fridge space and coffee on offer. We had appero and breakfast in the garden which had a table large enough for a big group and several other garden lounging chairs and tables. My daughter loved the dog! Our request for help with the Wifi code was responded to immediately. Spotless shower and toilet. Surf school on site so great chilled atmosphere.

La sympatie et disponibilité des jeunes propriétaires Le jardin verdoyant où l'on a pu faire des barbecues, se relaxer, prendre les repas La facilité de garer en face de la maison La proximité du coeur de la ville et des plages Site convivial qui dit respect des autres locataires quant aux nuisances sonores, les propriétaires n'étant responsables que de l'insonorisation des lieux qui pourrait être un plus . Je recommanderais juste de prévoir une table de salle à manger plus adéquat et des tabourets, quand la villa loge 12 personnes et qu'il pleut , même si une grande pergola couverte été installée dehors

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang von Nelly. Unser eher kleineres Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer wird mit einem anderen Bewohner geteilt was jedoch nie zu Engpässen geführt hat. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Im nahe gelegene Spar (zu Fuss erreichbar) kann man frisches Brot für das Frühstück besorgen. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der nahe Strand Plage du Vivier und die Ortschaft Biscarrosse Plage haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert!
