Property information

Welcome to the Bay of Arcachon Warm and welcoming 150 m² villa with terrace and 650 m² outdoor space. A new house in a quiet area of Gujan-Mestras and close to all amenities, the villa can accommodate 14 people and has a swimming pool, private parking, a garden with a large terrace, a large dining area etc. Villa for up to 12 adults maximum. Villa Tchanquée is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms ( one bed 160 and one bed 140) on the ground floor, one of which has access to a terrace, a shower room, a separate toilet and a large living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 2 140cm beds and a dormitory-style room for 6 people, a shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms have storage space for your clothes. The outdoor area features a 6x3m swimming pool, 1.m35 deep throughout, and a roller shutter to close it off (unheated). A large table that can seat 14 people, deckchairs and parasols. The garage is also available if you wish to store your bicycles. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles. Villa compliant with PRM standards.
