Completely renovated house in 2024, located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Functional terrace with a garden table (seats 10) for outdoor dining when the weather allows. 3 bedrooms + 2 small dorm-style rooms on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate either 4 children or 2 children + 2 adults. The 2 rooms on the 2nd floor are interconnected (with a narrow passage between them). The 2 dorm-style rooms can also serve as a playroom for children (accessible independently for children aged 6 and up). Access to the 2nd floor is via a retractable staircase from the children's bedroom on the 1st floor. Large, well-exposed Southeast-facing garden.
Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, house at the end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Children can play safely in front of the house. Green and leafy area.
