Everything was as expected for a hotel in that location for that price , but what was a bonus was Jeremy and the other wonderful staff at reception. Noting was too much trouble . I will return .

Didn't have the breakfast.
It wasn't obvious where to go with the car when we first arrived. Just by chance we found a space on the street so we were a big disappointed that the parking wasn't obvious and you had to pay for the privilege.
Signage to direct people to the entrance could help.
Good bed and quality bathroom.

Antibes is a beautiful area of France, and we have said a few times that we should have stayed there longer. We had some lovely days on the beaches in the area, hiked along the Mediterranean coast, saw the Picasso museum, and ate some great food. It was one of the top highlights of our trip. There was so much more to see, but we wanted this part of our trip to be relaxing as the rest of our trip was so packed full. Antibes was a great area for relaxing, and we did just that!

Antibes - especially the old town - is simply amazing!
Antibes - especially the old town - is simply amazing!
I love the outdoor cafe/restaurant culture and the bonus is looking across the marina to the Alpes-Maritimes.
The people are really friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak French. My French is fairly good, so the locals really appreciate the effort.
This little gem of a hotel is located in the most darling little street right off the main beach boardwalk. The closest beach, which is a 3 minute walk, is perfect and clean and exactly what you’d expect a French Mediterranean one to be like! The host and hostess are a absolutely charming and attended to our every need and want. Probably our favorite stay while visiting France and Italy!
Good size balcony in the suite, bed was very comfy, we had asked for 2 cribs for our kids and we even had a changing table given to us without having to ask. Great breakfast could be sent to the suite and that was very convenient with the kids. The Antibes port and old town is next door, perfect location. There's a charging station for EVs very nearby. Everything was up to expectation!
The hotel is nice. The position is about 15 minutes driving far from Antibes' old town, downtown or the principal beaches. Anyway, it is near the highway, if someone wants to move around to other places. Continental breakfast on a reservation and not included; it was good but might be improved. Solarium and a small pool on the rooftop. Very kind and helpful the night man.
This was an excellent stay especially for the money. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from many bars and restaurants. And only about an 8-10 minute walk to the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A mini bar was even available as well as the option for breakfast (9 euros).
Location, location, location! As mentioned in other reviews, this is super close to old town Antibes action, but in a quiet dead end street.
Air conditioning kept up to the hot outside temperatures.
Refrigerator had an area to make ice and keep things frozen.
Check in and out was smooth and communication clear with the property owner.
The reception staff really made the stay exceptional. Christopher in particular went over and above to help us...he is a credit to the hotel! Location is good if you want to see more than just the old town as it is a 15 minute walk to the beaches at Juan-les-Pins which are better, as well as only 10 minutes to the old town.
Location, location, location. When coming to have a beach holiday, one of the areas best public beaches is just across the road and it's great to just walk there in your swimsuit from the hotel. Also quite nice and quiet as a location even when right next to a road. Short distances to both Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins.
Small hotel in the centre of Antibes, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Good size room and bathroom, both were very clean and serviced every day even during our short stay.
Nespresso machine was a nice touch.
Reception is not 24 hour available but Lolita provided excellent info for self check-in/check-out.
It is not perfect, but it was ok for our 5 nights stay. There is a bus stop close to the hotel that takes you to the city centre. Also you have a very good boulangerie nearby (Boulangerie Ange) and a McDonald's and a big Carrefour. Good value for money for a hotel in August on the coast.
Great location, close to markets and train station, 20 minute walk to Antibes Old Town. Facilities in apartment were okay. Apartment has a lot of potential, as owner is an interior designer. Loved watching the locals playing pétanque across the street.
This hotel is so cute and lovely. The location is great. There is a close private beach walking distance. To go to the city downtown you can take the bus but we took an Uber. It was easier that way. Antibes is my favorite. It’s beautiful
hôtel let me change my reservation days before from 3 to 2 people when my friend had to leave a night earlier! the staff was friendly, location was perfect in between the train station and old town, nice spacious bathroom, great price
Lovely little hotel, next to Gare (Train Station) and 10 min walk from the Old Town & Fortress.
Value for money was excellent and the continental breakfast was great. Room was confrotable and all the facilties worked well.
Location to the rest of Antibes was number one and this met those expectations. It was only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The room slept 2 adults and 2 kids so this was a tremendous value.
