Cosy house in Abbey Wood. Close enough to London to enjoy what the city offers and far enough to relax and have a peaceful holidays. Enjoy long walks on the massive park in front of the house or have a pint and a Sunday roast in our local pub. Perfect house for couples, friends visiting London or small families in a get away trip. The house is a small and cosy house with a 1 x 1.5m hall where leaving the shoes, coats and umbrellas (you will need them in London). The living room is around 12m2 and has a comfortable sofa-bed big enough to fit 2 adults. There is also a TV and a table that can be extended. There are 4 chairs and a the sofa, so a maximum of 6 people could dinner in. Next to the Living room is the kitchen with an small pantry. There is an oven, microwave and anything that you might need to cook. Upstairs the bedroom is in the same footprint that the living room and the bathroom in the same footprint that the kitchen. The bathroom have a bath with a shower. The bedroom has a King size bed and a really nice view of the park, but the wardrobe space is very limited. The upstairs area has carpet, so ideally I will ask to do not use shoes on the house. I would like the guest to use my house as theirs, and mind the neighbours and the bills, specially the electricity bill.

Yo soy de Huelva, del sur de España, pero vivo y trabajo en Londres desde hace ya casi una década. Me gusta viajar, leer y jugar al fútbol. He alquilado propiedades privadas en muchos de mis viajes y ahora que tengo mi propia casa, me gustaría ofrecerla también a cualquier persona que visite Londres, como una opción más económica que los hoteles.

El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable. Hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito en la calle y también tengo un lugar de aparcamiento privado. Hay un parque enorme enfrente de la casa donde pueden hacer ejercicio, dar largos paseos o llevar a sus hijos a jugar y disfrutar. Dentro del parque se encuentran las ruinas de la Abadía de Lesnes, que son bastante interesantes para visitar. La casa está a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación Abbey Wood, que tiene trenes frecuentes a Londres. Podrá estar en el centro de Londres en unos 30-45 minutos, según el destino. Hay un agradable pub local cerca de la casa que ofrece una gran selección de cervezas, pizzas y Sunday Roasts. En resumen, el barrio es tranquilo y familiar, lejos del ruido, el ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad, pero a solo unos 30 minutos en la Elizabeth Line de los lugares más céntricos e icónicos del centro de Londres.
