Exceptional customer service, great location and a very comfortable flat. This place had everything we could ever want. I was blown away that there was a washing machine and some laundry pods available for our use after our young son got sick all over his stroller once we arrived to London. Everywhere I looked this flat had everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home, including good coffee! The location is very near the Collindale stop, but on a dead end street so it’s actually quiet. I would definitely book again. also our host met us, helped with bags, and was extremely gracious.
