1 School Lane is a well-presented, semi-detached cottage based just a short walk from the amenities of Malton. Upstairs hosts a king-size double bedroom and a double bedroom, sleeping four in total. There is a family bathroom which features a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs is a sitting room with SMART TV and a kitchen and dining room. Outside is a small patio with furniture and roadside parking. 1 School Lane would be a perfect break for those wanting to explore the attractions of Malton and the surrounding Yorkshire area.
The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
