Newgale is an excellent spot if you want to camp or surf.
Newgale is an excellent spot if you want to camp or surf. I was only staying overnight but I enjoyed it and got up early to climb the coast path to look down on Newgale the morning of departure. It was a good place to stay.

Lovely building with clean fresh decor and amazing view. The bedding did smell stale or damp and there was an odd smell on one day that smelt a bit like cabbage or sewage. If House split into 2 and if you are upstairs as you don't have access to the hotbub so be aware! Newgale is a lovely location for a peaceful break.
Newgale is a lovely location for a peaceful break. Lots of locations to visit at short distance. Room at the Duke of Edinburgh was clean and I liked the idea of self check, plain and simple access. If I was to be a little critical I would look at up dating the bed matresses apart from that a great stay was had by us both.
