This is a 2 bedroom condominium type accommodation. There are 2 bedrooms, a shared bath, kitchen and living room area. The unit is located in a nice smallish building across the Ouse river from the most historical sections of York. It's a very short walk to the sights. I really enjoyed having a separate kitchen and living room so that we could sleep in, watch TV, drink coffee, etc without disturbing one another. It also meant we could buy food at the nearby markets and eat some meals in. A bonus was having a washer/dryer available in the unit to launder our clothes mid-trip. It's about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The host was great and was on top of communications with us.
