The award winning Princes Street Suites offers modern apartments in Edinburgh with spacious open plan living which feature striking bedrooms, comfortable seating and dining areas, flat-screen TVs. Guests can also enjoy our stunning roof terrace with beautiful views of the Edinburgh city skyline. Choose from 37 spacious apartments accommodating from 2 to 8 guests, in one, two, or three bedroom apartments and a 1500 sq ft penthouse suite. All within easy access from Waverley Train Station and a short drive from Edinburgh International Airport. Our apartments provide the perfect base for guests to explore Edinburgh and its surroundings. No parking on site but we have partnered with a nearby parking called Q-park Omni centre with a discounted 24-hour-rate.
Our location ensures we have access to some of the best attractions in Edinburgh. A three minute walk from the apartment and you reach Calton Hill which provides panoramic views of the city. There is nothing better than a trip there either at sunrise or sunset to take in the view! Ideal for pet owners we can walk their dogs. We are a pet friendly hotel indeed. Being located in the heart of Edinburgh gives great access for our guests to explore Edinburgh itself but also the surrounding countryside which is accessible within around 30 minutes drive of us.
We are right in the middle of the new town and old town of Edinburgh. Meaning we benefit from the historical attractions of the old town and the modern atmosphere and restaurants of the new town. Located at the end of Princes Street, we are in the perfect location to explore all the city has to offer.
