The accommodation is arranged over two floors with two double bedrooms, both with access to the courtyard, and contemporary bathroom on the ground floor and large open plan fully fitted kitchen to lounge upstairs. The lounge area has a stunning vaulted ceiling with skylight and the room is flooded with light from the large windows and Juliet balcony. The property forms part of an award winning conversion of a Victorian stables.

Located close to Kings Cross/St Pancras and the Angel, the property is perfectly located to provide a quiet oasis of living space in the heart of London whilst being in a fantastic location for leisure and travel. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood with lovely parks and adventure playgrounds very suitable for families with young children. The neighbourhood also has places of religious worship such as churches and mosques nearby. There are multiple bus stops going in various directions right by the apartment. These buses take you to the nearest station in 3 minutes (Kings Cross & St. Pancras station and Angel Station. There are also TFL London Bike Hires in close proximity providing alternative method of transport.
